Our horse business is Smith Genetics KY Division. We show Western Pleasure, Trail, Horsemanship, Showmanship, and Halter with our two show mares Don't Zip Town and An Innovated Lady.

Our breeding program features Ima Cute Button, Illusive Chex, and Lady Sassy Frass and we a custom embryo transfer program for mares boarded on our farm. Our boarding program includes eight mares from Saddlelake Breeding Services.

The horse division is headed up by Lisa Smith Naïve, (Tim’s niece). She graduated from University of Kentucky with an animal science degree and has worked in animal health pharmaceutical sales since graduation. She is currently working for IVESCO Holdings, LLC, and has been for the past five years.

We started this broodmare business about two years ago, next year will be our third foal crop having 11 mares bred this year, including seven of those, which are embryo transfer foals out of great show mares that are still on the AQHA circuit.

Haggards Veterinary performs our embryo transfers and Dr. Barb Schmidt of Bridlewood Farms assists in the AI and palpation processes.
